Introducing a very special collaboration with Saragusta Spirits - a friendly family team (Alison and James) making premium small-batch artisan spirits from their distillery based only a few miles away from the Hay Chocolate kitchen. 


Using their exquisite Windy Ridge Rum, we've worked together to create a dark chocolate truffle filled with a silky smooth rum ganache. The delicious and delicate cocoa and vanilla notes of the rum perfectly complement the dark chocolate and make a very indulgent chocolatey treat! 


Each chocolate has been lovingly handmade in the little farm kitchen in the Cambridgeshire countryside and comes packaged in a fully recyclable tin (manufactured only 12 miles away).  To truly spoil them, why not head to Saragusta Spirits website to buy a matching bottle of rum.
